Key Responsibilities
* Daily reporting, reconciliation, and compliance with operational checklists.
* New client onboarding including knowledge of documentation requirements and Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Customer verification checks.
* Recording static data into systems, updating clients' personal information, account classifications, products, and services.
* Closure of accounts and deceased estates (probate/will).
* Asset transfers according to client instructions and market deadlines.
* Asset cost base processing.
* Custodian liaison and business partnership.
* Adherence to Corporate Risk Policy, Standard Operating Procedures, relevant legislation, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Operations within Financial Services.
* A good understanding of Australian financial markets.
* Degree qualified in Finance, Business, or Commerce.
