* Regulatory Representation: Represent the organization before regulatory bodies and courts, ensuring seamless communication and representation.
* Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A current Australian Legal Practising Certificate
* Significant experience in employment law and aged care law
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
