Immerse Yourself in Critical Care
We are seeking two dedicated and suitably experienced Registered Nurses to participate in our Transition to Critical Care Program. This 24-month program is affiliated with the Australian Catholic University (ACU) and combines self-directed study, practical sessions, and lectures in a well-supported environment.
The program focuses on developing a problem-solving approach to decision making in critical care, encouraging critical thinking and reflective practice to link theory to practice. As part of a valued team both in ICU and as a member of our organization, you will deepen knowledge in acute deterioration, advanced technology management, and pharmacology support of critical care patients while working with an experienced multidisciplinary team.
About Our Intensive Care Unit
Our ICU is one of the largest private ICUs in Queensland, admitting over 1,450 patients per annum and managing a significant cardiothoracic caseload (over 50%). We offer a comprehensive range of services and treatments to ensure our patients receive the best possible care.
