Let's talk about the role and responsibilities

As the Delivery Lead, Cloud & Custom Applications for Azure, Australia you will be a key member of the CCA Australia leadership team responsible for the successful delivery and growth of CCA professional services focused on Azure to our key clients.

This role requires strong commercial acumen, the ability to nurture and build high performing teams, collaborate internationally, build client trust and confidence and deliver world-leading solutions to some of the largest organisations in Australia. There are significant growth aspirations for the CCA team in Australia and we will be relying on your leadership to take the CCA business to the next level.
- Oversee the delivery of our solutions to key clients, working closely with the Head of Cloud & Custom Applications for Azure, Australia East & New Zealand and your peers across in New Zealand.
- Coach, mentor and grow the Eastern States team ensuring high levels of engagement, culture and retention. Regularly collaborate with the Technical Leads to ensure successful technical growth of our people.
- Help drive and be a champion of our collaborative and fun culture within the team.
- Build strong relationships with our clients as a trusted adviser and delivery leader.
- Participate in regular client and internal governance forums to ensure on-track delivery of services.
- Collaborate effectively across the other teams within CCA, with other Service Lines and the Sector Sales team within the Eastern States to ensure successful project presales, initiation, delivery and governance on-time, scope and budget.
- Contribute to the creation, review and approval of client contracts.
- Contribute to presales activities in conjunction with the Sector Sales team.
- Oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the CCA Service Line ensuring excellence in areas such as resource management, utilisation, budgeting, forecasting and process improvement to ensure delivery services and profitability are in-line with expectations and targets.
- Regularly engage with Microsoft as a key strategic partner to ensure Capgemini is leveraging the latest innovations, funding programs and its teams are certified.
- Contribute to the overall Service Line strategy and vision alongside the CCA leadership team.

The Cloud & Custom Applications Service Line is a team of close to 400 people that leads clients through large-scale cloud transformations across Australia and New Zealand. We strategically engage to assess, plan, execute and operationalise Cloud transformations, working closely with partner Service lines within Capgemini such as Cloud Infrastructure Services, Invent, Cloud Centre of Excellence and Insights & Data.

We are continuously looking for opportunities to ensure clients take full advantage of the Cloud through our core service offerings of New Applications & Products, Application Modernisation and Business APIs.

Let's talk about your capability and experience
- 5+ years' experience in a similar Professional Services leadership role.
- Strong people skills with a passion for team development and culture.
- Experience working with large and complex client requirements in a fast moving environment.
- Experience working within a large-scale service provider environment where building relationships and collaborating is key in addition to adhering to mature delivery frameworks.
- Deep experience from pre-sales to final delivery; ensuring that each solution is appropriately scoped, designed, implemented, and tested to meet client needs.
- Experience working with key strategic ISV partners is desirable.
- High levels of confidence working directly with internal stakeholders, clients and partners. Displaying an aptitude for gaining a thorough understanding of their vision.
- A hunger for knowledge with the passion to learn about the latest innovations in the industry, which you will enjoy sharing with the wider team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present your point of view to a variety of audiences
- High levels of passion and motivation for delivery excellence.
