Job Title: Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to site management and construction crews, coordinate daily site office operations, manage correspondence, mail, meetings, and visitor coordination. Additionally, they will process purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and expense claims, assist with cost tracking and financial reporting requirements, and prepare weekly timesheets for the blue-collar workforce.
