Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. You will also supervise and guide nursing team members, educate and support patients in recovery, rehabilitation, and end-of-life care, lead quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal patient care.
Requirements:
* Mandatory requirements include Authority to Work in Australia, minimum 12 months experience as an RN in an acute setting, previous theatre admissions experience advantageous, Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent, compliance with ACQSHC National standards, clinical expertise, commitment to high-quality patient care, self-motivated team player, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
