As a Registered Nurse, you will provide specialised care and close clinical monitoring for post-surgical patients and those with complex medical needs, supporting their recovery in a dynamic and high-acuity environment.
You will be an integral part of our supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team, committed to delivering the highest standard of patient care in a safe and effective environment.
The Position
- Maintain and develop clinical skills to care for patients appropriate to level of competence.
- Deliver a high standard of patient care utilising appropriate resources cost effectively.
- Adhere to and supports hospital policies, procedures and standards.
- Act as the patient’s advocate and facilitate the rights of individuals.
- Provide patient education and acts as a resource where appropriate.
- Participate in a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care through the continuum of care.
- Prioritise workload using resources effectively.
- Provide supervision to Enrolled Nurses, students and PCAs as required.
You will have registration with Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse, a demonstrated commitment to quality patient care and satisfaction, along with well‑developed interpersonal and relationship building skills.
To succeed you will have an ability to work effectively and harmoniously within the multi‑disciplinary health care team, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
Registered Nurses with demonstrated experience in managing highly acute and complex patient care within a hospital workplace will be highly regarded.

We Can Offer You
- $79,755 to $102,048 per annum (pro rata for part‑time), plus 12 % superannuation
- $50.29 to $64.35 per hour (inclusive of casual loading), plus 12% superannuation
- Full‑time, part‑time and casual positions available, hours negotiable
- Salary packaging up to $18,550 on a range of benefits such as mortgage, rent, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation or other everyday living expenses as well as options to salary package benefits above the FBT cap on items such as:
