About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified Winemaker, who is quality focused and has a strong passion for wine to join our small but highly skilled team during Vintage 2026.

You will work closely with our very knowledgeable and highly experienced Chief Winemaker, in a hands-on capacity in the winery, cellar and laboratory. About You:

The ideal candidate will need to be enthusiastic, reliable, detail orientated, able to work well under pressure, have excellent communication skills and be adaptable to changing priorities. You will also have strong planning, organisational, leadership, problem solving and decision-making skills; and a dedication to uphold quality and safe work practices.

To be successful you will have the following:

* Bachelor of Viticulture and Oenology (or equivalent)
* Current drivers' licence (ability to drive a manual vehicle is highly regarded)
* Extensive knowledge of winemaking processes, procedures and equipment
* At least 5 years of winemaking experience, including team management
* Current high-risk forklift licence (highly desirable)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously and in a small team
* Availability for shift work, including weekends
* Australian work rights are essential

Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.

Remuneration will be discussed with the successful candidate, based on skills and expertise.
