This position will see you focusing on a mixed asset class, expanding on established networks, and prospecting for new listings. You will be a strong negotiator and can easily adapt to change.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Managing end-to-end sales and leasing processes for commercial properties
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and investors
* Conducting market research to provide clients with accurate property insights and valuations
* Developing and implementing marketing strategies for available properties
* Leading negotiations and closing deals, ensuring all contracts comply with legal requirements
* Reporting on sales and leasing activity to senior management and stakeholders
To be considered for the role you will have:
* Proven experience in commercial property sales and leasing
* Strong knowledge of the Sydney commercial property market
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* A valid real estate license is essential
