Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and modern workplace solutions

* Leading the development and expansion of our professional services team
\
* Building strong relationships with key clients and understanding their strategic objectives
\
* Representing the company at industry events and conferences
\
* Overseeing the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects
\
* Managing resource allocation and ensuring the right talent is deployed to the right projects
\
* Implementing robust governance frameworks for all engagements
\
* Mentoring and developing a high-performing team of consultants and leaders
\
* Conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback
\
* Promoting a collaborative and supportive team environment

* Driving business unit management for Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure Services, Microsoft Modern Workplace Practice, Cloud Optimization & Governance, and APAC Managed Services
\
* Identifying new market opportunities and expanding our service offerings to meet evolving client needs
\
* Aligning our services with client strategic objectives
\
* Enhancing our market presence and reputation through representation at industry events and conferences
\
* Ensuring client satisfaction, project profitability, and adherence to timelines
\
* Optimizing delivery methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and quality
\
* Scaling the team in line with business growth and attracting top talent
\
* Establishing clear career paths for team members

Requirements:
\
\
* Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role
\
* Proven experience in managing and growing a professional services team
\
* Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, particularly in cloud infrastructure (Azure), identity, security, and modern workplace solutions
\
* Demonstrable track record of achieving practice sales targets, driving revenue growth, and improving profitability
\
* Proven experience leading and growing offshore teams, preferably with experience working with teams in India and the Philippines
\
* Exceptional client relationship management and negotiation skills
\
* Solid understanding of service delivery methodologies and best practices
\
* Experience with financial management, budgeting, and forecasting for a business unit
\
