About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to take full ownership of a flagship Chadstone location - the highest performing store in the network. This is a rare opportunity for a high-calibre retail leader to step into a fast-paced, premium environment and lead an established, high-performing team.
This is not your average Store Manager position. You will be fully accountable for the store's performance, leading from the front to drive sales, elevate the customer experience, and develop your team.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive and exceed store KPIs including Sales, UPT, ATV and Conversion
* Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
* Deliver a premium, service-led customer experience through value-based selling
* Oversee all day-to-day store operations including rostering, stock, VM and financial performance
* Ensure the store is presented to the highest standards at all times
* Execute in-store activations and local marketing initiatives
* Build and grow a loyal customer database
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or a strong Assistant Manager ready to step up
* A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
* A natural leader who inspires, coaches and leads by example
* Commercially savvy with strong operational capability
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Passion for customer experience and premium retail environments
* Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills highly desirable
