The Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to take ownership of quality systems and outcomes within our CEAM manufacturing facility at Yatala.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone comfortable on the factory floor, working closely with production and engineering teams to ensure quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and improve the Quality Management System aligned to ISO 9001
* Oversee inspections, testing and compliance of manufactured products
* Manage non-conformances, root cause analysis and corrective actions
* Conduct internal audits and support external audits
* Provide quality leadership and coaching across the workshop
About You
* Experience in quality leadership within electrical or industrial manufacturing
* Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality systems
* Practical, solutions-focused and confident engaging with trades
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications & Experience
* 3 to 7 years experience in QA or quality leadership roles
* Relevant qualification in Quality, Engineering or Manufacturing preferred
* Switchboard or engineered electrical product experience highly regarded
