Job Description
The Role
We're looking for compassionate, reliable Disability Support Workers to join our Atherton team.
This is a part-time position offering up to 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling available.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily living tasks and personal care.
Support clients to participate in community activities.
Provide in-home support and transport (where required).
Encourage independence and capacity building.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
Requirements
Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent.
Current First Aid & CPR.
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
Working With Children Check (Blue Card) if required.
Current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance.
Strong communication skills and a person-centred mindset.
A commitment to participant safety, dignity, and confidentiality.
