Job Description
As an Assistant Manager, Human Resources, you'll be responsible for supporting the delivery of key HR initiatives and managing day-to-day HR operations and office administration.
Key responsibilities will include partnering with HQ to implement HR programs locally, advising leaders and employees on HR matters and policies, managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
* At least 5 years of HR generalist or business partnering experience
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation
* Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of local HR operations
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
