About The Role
We're seeking a professional, organised, and confidential Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director and General Manager at our North Geelong Head Office, 3215.
This position—negotiable as full‑time or part‑time for the right candidate—plays a key role in ensuring the effective coordination, communication, and administration of executive activities across the business.
Please note: A current Police Check and Working with Children Check are required for this role—these will be arranged and covered by QA Electricalprior to commencement.
Salary Range:
$70k to $90k (based on experience and qualifications)

What You'll Be Doing:
* Monitor & manage executive emails & calendars
* Coordinate & schedule meetings, conferences, training sessions & associated logistics
* Organise travel arrangements, car hire & accommodation
* Screen calls & manage enquiries on behalf of Directors
* Draft correspondence, reports, newsletters, meeting agendas & supporting documents
* Provide administrative support including minute‑taking
* Facilitate & tracking Board & leadership action items
* Ensure Directors are well‑prepared & briefed for meetings & events
* Build & maintain effective working relationships internally and externally
* Office administration including filing, record keeping, CRM & database updates
Supporting special projects as assigned
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a similar Executive Assistant role supporting Senior Executives or a business owner
* Excellent organisational & multitasking abilities
* High attention to detail with strong problem‑solving skills
* Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
* Professional, confidential & mature approach to sensitive matters
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels
* Initiative to identify solutions & manage competing priorities
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & experience using databases/CRM systems
