State Manager NSW - Sydney Based, NSW State Manager
As a critical member of the leadership team, the NSW State Manager is responsible for the leadership and direction of a team of Senior Operations Managers and Operations Managers across NSW.
A genuine operational leader, key to your success in this role is your ability to foster great relationships with our clients across the Aged Care & Education sectors as well as your ability to influence and drive the teams, providing high quality food to our clientele.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for tracking, forecasting and driving financial performance
* Leading, coaching and further developing your key senior leaders
* Build extremely strong professional relationships with our clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
* Oversee menu preparation, observation of safety practices, adherence to regulatory bodies and initiatives, maintaining our market leading position
* Strategically collaborate with other business units to ensure all opportunities are capitalised upon
* Foster a positive work experience that promotes collaboration, upskilling and excellence across your operational teams
* Significant experience within the hospitality sector in a leadership position from a food or catering environment within Aged Care
* Comprehensive understanding of contract management
* Previous experience in management of multi site teams
* Proven track record of achieving operational and financial goals in a hospitality setting
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
* Coming from a food background, it would be expected you have relevant qualifications from this sector
* Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
