Join our dynamic Student Service team and embrace our SPOT philosophy and customer service culture (Solutions-focused, Personalised, One University, Trust).In this role within CQUniversity's multi-channel student service centre, you will provide exceptional support to our students through phone, electronic communications, and face-to-face interactions. Your strong customer service skills and well-developed interpersonal abilities will enable you to be a friendly, supportive, and consistent partner for our students from application to graduation. You will guide them through their academic journey, helping them overcome obstacles and ensuring they have access to the resources they need to succeed.As a senior member of the team, you will also have the opportunity to train, mentor, and support other team members.
