* $94,450 p.a. inclusive of Superannuation + Leave Loading
* Based at Western's Parramatta City Campus

The Opportunity

Are you passionate about building strong relationships and ensuring learning programs are delivered smoothly from planning through to completion? Join The College as a Customer Relationship Partner, where you'll play a pivotal role in connecting B2B clients with high‑quality education delivery.

You'll be the central link between clients and our delivery team, ensuring every program is well‑planned, well‑communicated, and delivered to an outstanding standard. You'll coordinate key logistics, maintain strong relationships, and ensure each learning experience supports positive outcomes for clients and learners alike.

In this role you will be:

* Acting as the primary contact for B2B clients, ensuring clear and proactive communication
* Coordinating program logistics including trainer bookings, timetabling, room scheduling and general delivery readiness
* Supporting trainer contracting and assisting with finance‑related tasks such as debtor reporting
* Working collaboratively with academic teams, Workplace Skilling Directorate staff and business development to align delivery plans
* Monitoring program progress, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate delivery records
* Collecting and analysing feedback from clients and learners to drive continuous improvement
* Enhancing the learner experience by implementing improvements informed by feedback and client insights

This is a full-time, ongoing position.

About you

You are:

* Equipped with a degree (preferably in Business Administration) and relevant experience, or have an equivalent combination of training and experience
* A confident communicator with proven experience managing client relationships within a professional services or education environment
* Highly organised, with the ability to coordinate trainers, assessors, rooms and resources while balancing competing priorities
* Skilled in both written and verbal communication, engaging professionally with clients and internal teams
* Experienced in collaborating across academic, operational and business development teams
* Proactive and solutions‑focused, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and maintain strong client satisfaction
* Someone who uses feedback to drive improvement and enhance program and learner experiences
* Tech‑savvy, with experience using scheduling systems such as CRMs or learning management platforms, and a willingness to learn new tools

The Location

This position will be based at Western's Parramatta City Campus, although travel to other campuses will be required. This position is not available in a fully remote format.

Remuneration Package: Professional Staff Level 5 $94,450 p.a. (comprising Salary of $83,086 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading) in accordance with the College Enterprise Agreement.
