Job Opportunity

Our organization seeks an accomplished accounting professional to assume the role of Financial Transactions Coordinator.

* Process timely and accurate payroll.
* Manage accounts receivable: invoicing, reconciliations, and follow-ups.
* Manage accounts payable: invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
* Support month-end and year-end financial processes.
* Assist with reporting, budgets, and audits as required.

About You:

* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Discreet and professional, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Accounting or bookkeeping qualification or equivalent.
* Previous experience in payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
* Proficient in accounting software Microkeeper (e.g., Xero, MYOB) and Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation (Fair Work, tax, superannuation) is desirable.
