**About the role**:
The HR Business Partner is a full-time position, primarily based at our corporate head offices in North Ryde, and with travel around factory sites in Minto, Wetherill Park, Somersby and Goulburn. CSR offers hybrid working, with three days onsite, and two days working remotely.
Reporting to the GM of HR, this role is responsible for providing end to end HR Business partnering across the National Construction Systems business to deliver upon the CSR business and strategy.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Ensure professional and timely execution of service in the areas of Employee relations, Industrial Relations, Remuneration and Benefits, Workforce Planning, Talent & Succession Planning, HRIS, Superannuation, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Communication and Change Management for all State Teams.
- Competently navigates HRIS, payroll, recruitment and performance review processes to provide advice and support to line management.
- Prepares and report key HR metrics including insights and advice on target areas.
- Proactively develop and maintain strong working relationships with key business stakeholders.
- Partner and lead BU on Group change initiatives.
- Facilitate training sessions to help drive change.
- Be a true business partner who can affect change through a coaching mindset approach.
- Build rapport and coach leadership teams as well as help leaders manage and build HR performing teams.
- Facilitate factual investigations
- Negotiate EBAs as required and provide professional expertise regarding workplace disputes and termination / unfair dismissal processes as they arise.
**About You**:
- Minimum 5 years + HR business partner experience
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team experience in ER/IR
- Someone who can deal with working at pace and with ambiguity
- Experience in training facilitation and change management
- Demonstrated capability to have a coaching mindset
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Degree qualified in HR/IR or related disciplines
- Constructive leadership qualities
- Commercial acumen.
