Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface.
* Develop relationships, solve problems, and drive projects to successful completion.
* Manage the design process to achieve client requirements and manage expectations.
* Review project plans, specifications, scheduling, discrepancies, and potential construction problems.
* Manage project safety and environmental requirements.
* Manage project timelines, risks, and reporting.
Qualifications
* A recognized degree or equivalent qualification in a technical field such as Construction Management or Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cost Management, or related trade experience.
* 5+ years of project management experience (ideally client-side/consulting).
* Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
* Advanced Microsoft skills are essential, and Primavera skills will be highly regarded.
* Technical ability to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface.
* Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
* Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client.
