A leading global company of secure identity, access, and credentials management solutions, is seeking a Business Development Director to drive revenue growth and expand their presence across the APAC region. This role is suited to an experienced enterprise software sales professional with a strong track record in building new business across complex customer and channel networks.

You will focus on opportunities within the Identity & Access Management (IAM), Credentials Management, Cyber Security, and Physical Security sectors, and be engaging with stakeholders at all levels and working closely with channel partners.

The role blends strategic planning, relationship building, and hands‑on sales execution, with an emphasis on acquiring new enterprise customers and growing revenue from existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional business plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and secure recent project opportunities across key APAC markets.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and channel partners to drive solution adoption and market growth.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform go-to-market strategy and strengthen the company’s regional position.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from pipeline generation to deal closure— and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales and post-sales teams to deliver customer value and continuous process improvement.
- Provide regular sales reporting, market insights, and business recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree, or other relevant tertiary or industry qualifications.
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience of enterprise software within Identity & Access Management, Credentials Management, Cyber Security, or Physical Security sectors.
- Strong track record of developing greenfield territories and adding new enterprise clients.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with both direct customers and channel partners.
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles, solution selling, and regional market dynamics.
- Highly organised, self‑motivated, and skilled in managing complex sales processes.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and MS Office applications.
- Outstanding presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Salary Package: up to $120K Base Salary + Super + Comms. (OTE $240K)
