Finance & Administration Manager
Location:Bundaberg, QLD
Salary Range:$80,000 – $90,000 + Bonus
Alloway Macadamia is a leading macadamia orchard located in Bundaberg, featuring on-site processing facilities for both domestic and international markets.
Our operations also include a large-scale macadamia nursery, all situated on the same property.
We are currently seeking an experienced and proactiveFinance & Administration Managerto lead our financial operations, payroll, and administrative systems.
This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for a detail-oriented professional who values structure, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Payroll
Oversee end-to-end accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage all aspects of payroll, including PAYG, Superannuation & payroll tax.
Conduct bank reconciliations and support cash flow planning and forecasting.
Prepare monthly financial statements, including profit and loss reports.
Liaise with external accountants and auditors to support financial reviews.
Maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure timely payments.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit standards.
Administration & Systems
Collaborate with the Farm Manager to maintain and enhance financial and administrative systems.
Streamline administrative processes to boost efficiency and transparency.
Monitor and ensure HR compliance across the business.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in a finance or accounts management role.
Proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
