Role: Assistant Store Manager (internally known as Customer Service Manager).
You will support the Store Manager to reach sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment.

Support the Store Manager to help the store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment.
Lead by example to deliver top-tier customer service; motivate and inspire the team; training and driving floor sales; achieve results.
Oversee visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security.
Qualifications
Retail management experience.
