Learn more at are currently seeking a qualified Asset Integrity Engineer to join our Perth team based in Bibra Lake.Responsibilities:Design and coordinate on-site and laboratory testing in line with client and NATA requirementsPerform mechanical and metallurgical tests as per LMATS proceduresSelect appropriate test methods and arrange necessary equipmentManage and maintain laboratory testing equipment, including calibrationConduct site inspections and liaise with clients to define test scopesAnalyse failure data, perform root cause investigations, and provide technical recommendationsSupervise engineering and technical staff during project executionOversee quality control and ensure compliance with relevant standardsPrepare detailed technical reports documenting testing outcomesContribute to budgeting and scheduling of asset integrity projectsSkills:Strong understanding of material properties, mechanical and electronic principlesKnowledge of advanced NDT techniques, condition monitoring, and structural health analysisProficiency in quality and safety management systems aligned with regulatory standardsFamiliarity with asset lifecycle management, root cause analysis, and collaborative engineering practicesCapable of managing technical documentation and reportsQualifications and Experience:Relevant degree in Engineering (preferably in Materials, Mechanical or Metallurgy)Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Non-Destructive TestingAINDT certifications (UT, MT, RT, PT Level 2 ISO 9712) or ability to obtainManual C-Class driver's license (essential for travel to client sites)Strong computer literacy and technical reporting skillsExcellent verbal and written communication in EnglishWillingness to travel across regional and interstate locations as neededThis role is suited to someone with a positive attitude and commitment to continuous professional development.
