What you'll do
Prepare sites for billing: Upload and validate meter data with accuracy.
Manage customer information: Manage final reads, final bill requests and disputes within agreed timelines.
Coordinate with the field team: Schedule meter-read jobs and keep statuses aligned.
Keep us sharp: Maintain billing procedures and records so everyone knows "what good looks like."
What you bring
Proven attention to detail with numbers and text.
Practical Excel skills (lookups, filters, pivots).
Organised, proactive communicator who works well with operations and site managers.
A continuous-improvement mindset — you spot issues and suggest fixes.
Nice to have
Experience in utilities billing, accounts receivable/payable, or data quality control.
Familiarity with ticketing/shared inbox tools.
