As a Records and Information Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our organization's digital transformation by implementing effective information and records management practices. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure the accurate and efficient management of our records.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing records management training programs for staff;
* Providing expert advice on retrievability, security, quality, retention, and ethical handling of records and information;
* Leading the development and delivery of records management training and coaching staff to achieve improved information and records management objectives;
* Interpreting legislation relating to public access to information and privacy.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Industry knowledge and experience in interpreting legislation relating to public access to information and privacy;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
