The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a new multi-unit social housing development in Inala.
Our projects typically range from:
* 2–5 storeys
* 10–40 units
* Conventional concrete and blockwork construction
This role offers the opportunity to run well-structured projects with strong head office support, established subcontractor relationships, and clear processes in place.
You will have genuine autonomy on site while being backed by an experienced and supportive management team.
Your Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from structure through to completion, ensuring:
* Program milestones are achieved
* Budgets are maintained
* Safety standards are upheld
* Quality expectations are exceeded
You will lead subcontractors, coordinate trades effectively, and maintain a well-organised, high-performing site environment.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience delivering multi-residential or similar commercial projects
* Current QBCC Supervisor Licence
* Strong knowledge of concrete and blockwork construction
* A proactive leader who takes ownership and drives outcomes
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Commitment to safety, quality, and professional standards
