The role
Join our dedicated yard team at Adbri Masonry as a Yardsman / Forklift Operator, where you’ll play a key role in the safe, efficient handling and dispatch of our masonry products.
This role is based at our Townsville site and offers full-time, permanent employment. You’ll need to be flexible with start times to support yard operations, with occasional Saturday shifts as required.

Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and load/unload trucks safely
- Maintain clean, safe, and organised yard
- Package and dispatch products to quality standards
- Assist with stocktakes and inventory control
- Complete basic paperwork and report hazards/incidents
- General labouring / duties within the yard
What you will need to succeed
- Valid forklift licence with experience in forklift operation
- Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn
- Confident communicator with team members and other staff
- Committed to maintaining high safety, health, and environmental standards
- Knowledge of safe and proper manual handling techniques
