Paediatrician Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a Paediatric Unit. Key responsibilities include managing paediatric inpatients, including neonates, within a capability framework.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage paediatric inpatients, including neonates, within a capability framework.
* Attend elective and emergency caesarean sections/instrumental deliveries as required.
* Attend the Emergency Department to provide specialist consultations upon request.
* Provide specialist consultation at the hospital for inpatient and community referrals.
* Participate on the paediatrician on call roster.
* Supervise accredited paediatric trainees and other doctors in training involved in the care of paediatric patients.
Requirements:
* Specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
* Significant experience in Paediatric medicine.
* Demonstrated interest and commitment to education and training.
