The **Recruitment Programs Advisor** will assume program management of key, partnerships to centralise sourcing initiatives and activities in order to build the brand of CGA as a preferred employer. This will include engaging and informing key stakeholders across the business on program deliverables. The Advisor will need to actively be involved in the selection process, engagement with and account management of selected training providers/tertiary institutes, ongoing support to participants and supervisors/managers involved in the programs via a structured communication plan and regular reporting.
**The Role**
Working closely with the National Manager, Sourcing and Partnerships, you will be required to;
- Designing the strategy, structure and content of programs, in partnership with key Govt, Not-For-Profit, internal operations and people function teams to meet the objective of providing an alternative talent pipeline for CGA, aligning with workforce planning needs.
- Providing direction and advice on talent retention for targeted diverse groups
- Managing the project, providing advice, direction, and planning, monitoring and regularly reporting to internal and external stakeholders on the progress of this project.
- Source resources and funding to develop and implement collaborative initiatives and activities
- Actively represent CGA with external partnerships for the purpose of representing CGA as a credible employer for industry partnerships
- Attend career events with the events/expo teams to represent CGA prospects. Work collaboratively with other team members with Attendance and contribution to industry conferences, forums and communications with relevance to recruitment activities.
- Promote the Compass employment brand and a customer centric recruitment function by engaging with internal and external employment applicants in a highly professional manner.
- Assist the business with core initiatives in line with diversity and equality programmes such as indigenous recruitment/engagement, gender and disability equity.

**The Person**
- 5 years in a relevant role ideally within recruitment, HR or program management
- Experience working in and executing programs across as a complex business environment
- Experience in developing and executing development programs
- Understanding of culturally and linguistically diverse cultures and groups
- Demonstrated ability to clearly formulate areas of strength, development and associated recommendations
- Ability to source funds
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing stakeholder relationships
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proven track record in planning, organisation and time management
- Experience in working with data and analytics to drive performance and efficiency
