The Position
* Casual, part-time, and full-time opportunities available
* Prepare high-quality buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and special events
* Maintain catering standards while complying with OH&S and HACCP requirements
* Support waste reduction and sustainable kitchen practices
* Assist with stock management, receiving supplies, and monitoring cold room controls
The Person
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
* Previous restaurant, function, or large commercial kitchen experience
* Strong knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety
* Passion for quality, with attention to detail and presentation
* Reliable, motivated, and committed to team success
