Job Description
We have a wonderfully prestigious opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a large legal firm as the Operations Manager in the large Client Service Department.
This is a broad role and can include the following areas
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Client Services Team, ensuring high performance, accountability, and professional development.
Recruit, onboard, train, and coach team members to maintain exceptional client service standards.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement individualized development plans.
Foster a collaborative, client-focused culture aligned with the firm's values and service expectations.
Operational Strategy & Process Improvement
Develop, refine, and implement workflows, policies, and best practices to increase efficiency and quality of client service delivery.
Identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven analysis.
Standardize service protocols across offices and practice groups to ensure consistency.
Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives to streamline the client experience.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Establish KPIs and performance metrics for client service operations and team productivity.
Produce regular reports for senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Use analytics to optimize resource allocation, staffing, and workload distribution.
On offer is a basic salary in the region of £40k - £50k plus the chance to work with a terrific team in a magnificent city centre office.
