About the Role
We are seeking a talented Internal Communications/Employee Engagement Specialist to join our vibrant People Experience team (aka Human Resources) in a part-time capacity based in Sydney, with other locations considered.
This role involves delivering impactful internal communications, producing engaging virtual events, and maintaining our company intranet. You will support PICA Group's commitment to clear communication and transparency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with stakeholders to design impactful communications that align with key objectives.
* Prepare engaging, educational, and informative written communications for diverse internal audiences.
* Maintain and enhance the People Experience pages on the company intranet (Sharepoint).
* Create engaging visuals for online content using Canva and/or other tools.
* Own and execute campaigns aligned with our 2025 Cultural Calendar.
* Plan and produce virtual events, including town hall meetings, educational webinars, and internal presentations.
* Collaborate with external partners to promote partner offers and events.
* Create and deploy internal employee surveys.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in graphic design programs, such as Canva.
* Experience in creating content for SharePoint and developing employee surveys.
* Ability to produce virtual meetings and digital events using Microsoft Teams.
* Crafting clear, concise, and impactful written communications.
* Adept at collaborating with others and building relationships.
