* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert project and administrative support, including report preparation, document management, governance reporting, and financial administration.
* Develop and maintain efficient administrative systems to facilitate successful project delivery.
* Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Requirements
* Post-secondary qualification in administration, project management or relevant experience.
* Proven experience in project and administration support in the delivery of major capital projects within a local government or community services context.
* Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and adapt communications to meet different needs.
* Proficient in Microsoft software applications and administrative systems.
* Ability to show initiative, innovation and creativity when approaching tasks.
* Experience in identifying opportunities to develop new processes and procedures to improve project management and stakeholder engagement.
* Knowledge and understanding of health and safety issues relevant to the position.
