Job Opportunity:
The Factual Investigation Division is seeking skilled professionals to conduct Workers Compensation or CTP Investigations. This role involves flexibility and willingness to work on the road for investigation interviews and scene assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend upon employers, client sites, or accident locations within your region or across regional NSW.
* Interview key parties, collect relevant evidence, perform scene inspections, and gather documents.
* Produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner.
* Maintain effective communication with our support team and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* You should have a desire to obtain (or already have) your Certificate III in Investigations.
* You should have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle.
* You may come from a claims, insurance, legal, financial services, HR, or government background.
* You possess excellent written and verbal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate.
* You are self-motivated and able to work within strict time frames.
