Senior Product Designer
We are on a mission to make banking delightful and human-centered. Our Premier Assist squad is at the forefront of this mission, delivering outstanding user experience solutions for our Premier Banking team.
You will be part of the Agent Excellence Crew within the Customer Service Direct domain (Retail Bank). You'll partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Business SMEs and Researchers in an agile Product Operating Model environment to deeply understand customer needs, translate insights into elegant, scalable solutions, and drive outcomes that deliver real customer and business value.
* Lead discovery work to uncover customer problems and needs, validate opportunities, and inform product strategy through user research, workshops, and co-design.
* Translate insights into concepts, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs, ensuring solutions are both desirable for customers and feasible for engineering.
* Apply systems thinking and service design techniques to shape an offering that must anticipate the needs of customers in a physical service environment, and the staff who serve them.
You'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution, and you'll be a key voice in shaping the product and the broader customer experience.
The ideal candidate has strong experience designing digital products end-to-end in cross-functional product teams, and a deep understanding of human-centered design methodologies and how to apply them pragmatically in a fast-paced agile environment.
* A portfolio that showcases end-to-end product design thinking, craft, and measurable impact.
* Experience working in Financial Services, or another industry that combines physical and digital services.
