About the role
Reporting to the Chief Concierge you will be responsible for:
* Luggage, valet of cars and any guest requests.
* Providing front line guest service demonstrating our "Taking Initiative" guest service culture.
* Maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency when dealing with guest requests.
Match your skills...
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experiences:
* Preferable has previous experience in a similar role in a five-star hotel.
* Available to work public holidays, weekends, Saturday and Sunday each week.
* Excellent standard of personal presentation.
* Basic computer and telephone skills.
* Outstanding customer service.
* Full NSW Manual Drivers Licence.
