About The Role
Join our Complex Litigation team in Brisbane as a Legal Assistant and be part of a high-performing team tackling some of the most challenging personal injury matters. Working closely with our Special Counsel, this is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced legal assistant who is passionate about personal injuries and eager to deepen their technical expertise.
This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in our Brisbane office, with flexibility for full-time or 4 days per week. Hybrid work options available.
The successful candidate will be someone who is willing to grow and develop their skills in a busy role. You will use your strong client service skills to support our clients and be in frequent contact with them. Your responsibilities will include answering and managing incoming calls, diary management, file management, preparation of correspondence, court documents and briefs of evidence, and providing day-to-day administrative support.

If you are an experienced Legal Assistant or Paralegal looking for a new opportunity, we want to hear from you! Our firm is seeking someone with experience in either plaintiff or defendant law, preferably within a Personal Injuries practice group.
We value excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients. Our team works in a fast-paced environment with competing demands, so strong organisational and time management skills are a must. If you're a team player with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, we would love to hear from you.
