Family Support Specialist

As a Family Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing face-to-face support to young parents and their families
* Offering assistance to rural and remote communities in a community-based setting
* Co-facilitating a young parent support group in Muswellbrook
* Establishing strong relationships with external agencies
