About the company: Our client is a market-leading renewable energy developer at the forefront of Australia's clean energy transition, delivering landmark wind, solar and battery storage projects. About the Role: As Contracts Manager, you will play a critical role in the construction delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects. Working closely with project, commercial, and contractor teams, you will oversee contract administration, manage variations, EOTs, and claims, and provide strategic commercial guidance to support successful project execution. Responsibilities: Lead contracts on large-scale renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance, risk management, and smooth delivery. Keep projects on track with strong contract admin, reporting, and governance processes. Build productive contractor relationships, resolving issues quickly while protecting commercial outcomes. Champion safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement across all project phases. Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience managing EOTs, variations, and contractual claims across complex construction or infrastructure projects. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation, dispute resolution, and risk management capabilities Strong knowledge of contract law, construction contracting principles, and relevant industry regulations. Solid understanding of renewable energy project contracts, including EPC, supply, and subcontractor agreements Proficient in contract management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
