Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and passionate drivers to fill Full Time Coach Captain roles.
* Ensure the safety of all passengers by adhering to and demonstrating safe work and driving practices.
* Understand and comply with road rules, operational procedures including pre-starts, ticketing, incident reporting, and passenger manifest and freight consignment processes.
* Perform administrative duties when required including, pre-start documentation, completion of log books, fault sheets, journey records ensuring accurate records.
* Demonstrate correct manual handling of all luggage and freight including safe manual handling techniques are used at all times.
* Manage own fatigue through effective Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) which also includes being fit for duty.
You will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience on every single service. Operating a range of coaches across various parts of the scheduled services Consistently ensuring the safety of you, your passengers and your vehicle About You:

Licences/ Requirements:
Over the course of your duties, you will be expected to work across the operational roster. In exchange we offer you an autonomous role, where you can have a direct impact on the success of our business. To be successful in this role you must have:
* A current HR driver licence
* A current Drivers Authority / Endorsement
* Demonstrable coach driving experience
* An outstanding safety focus, including a commitment to your own fitness for duty
* Experience delivering excellent customer service is a must
* Time management skills
* Mechanical knowledge is desirable
