What You'll Need
* Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or above)
* Cert IV in Health & Safety (or above)
* Australian Driver's Licence
* QLD Coal Mining experience
* Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain)
* Complete a National Police Clearance & Pre-Employment Medical
* Unrestricted Australian work rights (visa sponsorship not available)
* Site Based Training mobilisation experience (highly regarded)
* Mobile plant equipment training experience (highly regarded)
* CMS monitoring and reporting skills (highly regarded)
What You'll Do
* Deliver and maintain training, assessments & safety documentation
* Support and coach managers on safety systems & processes
* Monitor, track & report safety and training performance
* Lead investigations & manage corrective actions
* Conduct audits, inspections & injury management
* Ensure mobilisation and training compliance for all site personnel
