Key responsibilities
- Lead, co-ordinate, and direct program support teams to ensure effective delivery of business services within the region. Provide authoritative, strategic operational advice to the Regional Director, Deputy Regional Director, Program Managers and state-wide networks on program support and business services, including identification and resolution of strategic service improvement issues. Ensure appropriate governance frameworks are maintained and adhered to in order to monitor compliance with policy, legislation, standards and state-wide processes. Determine, monitor, and review program support performance and resources, reporting through the Regional Business Manager to ensure service capacity and capability meets Program Delivery and Operations' current and future business needs. Operate as a member of the Regional Delivery Team and Business Support Team to contribute to and assist in the implementation of change processes taking place within program delivery for the region. Develop and maintain ongoing constructive relationships with other government agencies and jurisdictions, industry, stakeholders, community and internal and external client networks.

Continuously refines the prioritisation of program commitments through stakeholder feedback and insight. Strengthens partnerships by providing proactive advice and supports others to share relevant information in a tactful and articulate manner. Proactively steers team collaborations across boundaries to achieve joint delivery of program outcomes. Works collaboratively to develop clear and shared objectives that inspire collective ownership for delivery of quality outcomes. Drives ownership and empowers others to independently manage and report on their portfolio responsibilities. Role models impartiality and ensures legislative and regulatory frameworks are applied effectively.
