Qualifications & Experience
* Diploma level of education in Telecommunication/Electronics IT or equivalent or
* 'A' level standard of education in IT or relevant field OR
* Associate Level Professional qualification with Huawei, CISCO, Microsoft or equivalent
* Computer knowledge (Word Processing and Spreadsheet)
* Knowledge of and experience Cerillion CRM platform.
* Pleasant and outgoing personality and ability to influence others
* Ability to manage people
* Ability to dialogue and discuss telecommunications service with customers at any level
* Knowledge of circuit testing
* Confidential
* Honest and trustworthy
* Flexible and willing to work outside normal working hours
* Supervisory Skills
* CISCO CCNA Certification
* Knowledge on the TR69/MetaView/NCE/HLR managed platform.
