Are you a Payroll Pro with a passion for precision?
We are seeking a highly capable Administrator to join a manufacturing finance team and keep the weekly payroll running like clockwork
What You'll Do:
* Process weekly payroll with pinpoint accuracy, ensuring compliance with the EBA and contracts
* Manage superannuation, PAYG, payroll tax, and more, while keeping employee records spot‑on
* Collaborate with managers to streamline timesheets, allowances and wage increases
* Drive process improvements and tackle payroll queries with confidence
* Stay ahead of payroll legislation and deliver insightful reports
What You Bring:
* Expertise in Enterprise Agreement and Award interpretation
* Experience with payroll software (NetSuite or UKG/Kronos a plus)
* A knack for problem‑solving and working independently in a fast‑paced environment
* Sharp attention to detail and strong communication skills
* Manufacturing payroll experience? Even better
