This is a hands on role and as a Food & Beverage Supervisor. You will be responsible for the guest experience by delivering exceptional service. As a member in our leadership team, you must have strong passion and knowledge on food, wine & mix drinks. You'll also have passion on providing feedback and training other front house team members. We want someone who is pro-active and be able to maintain a high standard service level in our restaurant. Applicants must be well presented and have a minimum of 2 year experience in supervisory or manager role in upmarket restaurants.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and support front house team members to ensure efficient and effective.
- Manage and organise booking enquiries.
- Coduct daily FOH briefing before service start.
- Maintain proper workplace cleaning, health and safety practices.
- Be aware of, and monitor, wage cost and staffing levels.
- Stock and inventory control of beveage stocks.
- Manage administrative tasks such as daily reporting.
- Carry out marketing initiatives such as specials, pricing and introduction of new dishes.
- Support and work behind the bar when neccessary.
Experiences:
- Min 2 years experience in similar environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Proficient in operating POS systems and booking systems

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
