About the role
Do you thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment? Comlink Australia is seeking two enthusiastic Customer Support Advisors to join our team. This is your opportunity to help clients navigate their care journey while working in an environment that values hard work, connection, and fun.
What You'll Do:
* Be the welcoming voice for clients, managing bookings, changes, and cancellations.
* Provide first-point resolutions, addressing client needs during their initial contact.
* Collaborate with Schedulers and Care Partners to coordinate changes to client schedules.
* Accurately record and document all client service requests in our systems.
* Process client contribution payments and assist with invoicing and claims.
* Foster a supportive team environment where we work hard but always make time to connect, have fun, and support each other—balancing busy days with a great team spirit.
Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for candidates who:
* Genuinely care about making a difference in someone's life and are passionate about community service.
* Deliver client-centric solutions and think quickly on their feet.
* Have strong administrative and data entry skills with attention to detail.
* Possess outstanding customer service skills and can build rapport with clients.
* Are organised, self-motivated, and manage their time effectively.
* Stay calm under pressure, showing resilience and empathy.
Additional Information:
* Part-time - 3 days per week (Wednesday is a must)
