Location: Ipswich Region, QLD (65-acre property) Hours: 46hrs/week (Wednesday – Friday 8:00am–6:00pm | Saturday & Sunday 8:00am–4:00pm) Salary: Up to $45/hr super full entitlements (based on experience) Minis: 13.5-month-old 5-month-old twins (8 weeks corrected age) About ou r clients: Join a warm, professional and family-orientated household located on a stunning acreage just outside of Ipswich ( Wanora). This is a beautiful permanent opportunity to support two dedicated parents raising their minis in a home filled with connection, care and intention. Their eldest is an active, inquisitive little explorer who loves the farm animals, outdoor adventures, and discovering new things, to meaningful one-on-one interaction. The twins (5 months, 8 weeks corrected) are entering their early developmental stage and benefit from calm, nurturing routines and attentive care. This family values respect, compassion, trust and open communication and is truly seeking someone to become a valued extension of their family, not just an employee. Duties will include but not limited to: Clothing, bathing and daily care routines Supporting infant and toddler development and milestones Daily outings (as appropriate), play-based learning and engagement Children's meal preparation Children's laundry light household duties (tidy, dishes, surfaces) Grocery runs, errands and family logistics support Driving to daycare, appointments and activities Use of family vehicle fuel card for all duties provided You will thrive in this role: If you're an experienced, calm and organised nanny who genuinely loves working with babies and multiple young children. You naturally bring a warm, engaging presence while confidently managing a busy but beautiful household. Essentials : Along with your excellent communication skills, a valid driver's licence, a traffic report, and glowing reference checks (Blue Card, First Aid/CPR, police check).
