About the opportunity
At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as a Personal Care Assistant, you'll make a genuine difference when it's needed the most.
Provide quality resident-focused care utilising a person-centred approach and in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies/procedures of Mercy Health.
Provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care.
Work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information.
Preferred availability during the evening, overnight and weekends.

Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
A current NDIS.
